Chlorine Bleach (sodium hypochlorite 6%) does not kill mold.
Why?
Mold hyphae (root structures) actually grow into wood and drywall like roots. Bleach does not kill mold hyphae because bleach's ion structure prevents chlorine from penetrating into porous materials such as dry wall and wood. It stays on the outside surface, whereas mold has protected enzyme roots growing inside the porous construction materials.
When you spray porous surface mold using bleach as a mold cleaner, the water part of the solution soaks into the wood while the bleach chemical sits atop the surface, gasses off, and thus only will only partially kill surface mold while the water penetration into the building materials fosters further mold growth.

Chlorine Bleach is NOT a registered EPA mold killing product.

You can verify it yourself when you are unable to find an EPA registration number to kill mold on the label of any brand of chlorine bleach.

Moldstat Plus mold cleaner contains 2 bottles of 16oz MoldSTAT Plus mold killer.
To mix add 3/4 ounces of Mold Cleaner Concentrate to 1 gallon of water.
Every 16oz bottle of Mold Killer MOLDSTAT Plus makes 21 gallons of mold cleaner and killer enough to cover approx 2000 sq ft.
MoldSTAT 32 - Mold Cleaner 2x21 gallon contains TWO bottles of MoldSTAT plus and makes 42 gallons of mold cleaning and killing product (approx 4000 sq ft coverage).

MoldSTAT plus is a concentrate that is mixed with water then sprayed on to the mold infested areas. There are several ways to apply mold remover MoldSTAT plus:

• ULV Cold Foggers:
  The easy, electric way to fog mold cleaner . MoldSTAT Mold Cleaner is ULV cold fogger compatible. Using a ULV fogger is the best approach to mold cleaner application when penetrating into tight spaces is required. The fogmaster ULV fogger is able to disperse the mold cleaner into an atomized fog. We recommend the Fogmaster Jr - ULV mold cleaner fogger
• Pump Sprayer:
  A pressurized or pump sprayer is useful to apply a more coarse spray. For removing low volumes of mold we recommend a hand held sprayer like a Indoor Hand Sprayer or for larger applications a 2 Gallon Pump Up Sprayer
• Bucket and Sponge:
  In some cases a simple bucket and sponge or rag approach will work.
