I had placed an order for a roof cleaner, later I ordered the roof armor stain prevention.
Within 6 minutes I had received an email from CleanerToday noticing that combining my 2 separate orders would qualified for free shipping. They offered to upgrade me to FedEx Ground, or refund the shipping costs.
I thought is was very nice that they noticed, and on Saturday at 6pm of all times!!

Cleaner Today noticed a delivery had been damaged and was being returned by FedEx. We contacted JoAnn to update her and resolve the issue before she had a chance to email us. A replacement shipment was processed the same day.
