How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
Why is my shopping cart empty?
  We use cookies and java script to track your active shopping cart information, your cart's items are "session" information stored in your web browser's cookies. Therefore you need to be able to accept cookies to place an order.

Cookies and Java Script may be blocked by your browser, firewall or security software.

  • If do not enable java script, your shopping cart will be shown empty almost immediately after adding a product to it.
  • If you do not accept the cookies set from www.cleanertoday.com or your computer is not configured to accept cookies, your shopping cart will be shown empty almost immediately after adding a product to it.
  • Many security suites have firewall and privacy settings that delete cookies immediately, even though your browser may be configured to accept cookies
We suggest you to check the following:
  • Add www.cleanertoday.com to your browsers trusted site list.
  • Add www.cleanertoday.com to your firewall or security suite's trusted site list.
  • Enable java script
  • Make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies or that you agree to accept cookies from www.cleanertoday.com
  • Check to see that your computer system time is accurate. Cookies are time sensitive and may not work if your computer date is incorrect by a large amount.
  • If that doesn't work, call us at 1-800-694-2371, option 1, and leave a voice message indicating that you are having problems with the shopping cart and your call back information.
