Formulated for use in all kinds of ducts and HVAC components including: Unlined sheet metal, air supply and return ducts, and plenums fabricated with plywood, OSB, or other wood like materials, flexible, air ducts fabriacted of metal or plastic, air distributions components such as air handlers, mixing boxes, transfer boxes, turning vanes, dampers, fans, fan housings, and associated components.

Additional Tips for Cleaning Mold in the HVAC System

1. Clean the cooling coil with Moldstat HVAC. If there is any rusting, then it should be replaced.

2. Clean the drain pan with Moldstat HVAC. If there is any rusting, then it should be replaced.

3. Replace the filter, preferably with a HEPA filter.

4. Have the ducts professional cleaned with Moldstat HVAC only if they are very dirty.

Our family has been fighting MOLD and sick house syndrome for a while. We had been using bleach and making a mess of the basement walls, and our clothes.
Imagine our surprise when we learned that Bleach can't chase the mold INTO the wall because its too big!
We decided to go with MOLD STAT and an indoor pressure sprayer. The difference has been tremendous! We sprayed the mold cleaner directly on the mold, and it got rid of it, and the mold has not come back!
The price you charge seems low for how effective the product is, but it works!
