Simply Mix and Apply

1. Mix 3/4 oz (1 1/2 tablespoons) of MoldSTAT Plus into 1 gallon of Water.
2. Apply to mold affected surfaces ( Application Methods )
3. 10 minute soak time kills mold ( Optional: Wipe surface to remove dead mold )

What can I use to apply MoldSTAT Plus?

MoldSTAT Plus is a non-bleach concentrate that is mixed with water then sprayed on to the mold infested areas. There are several ways to apply MoldSTAT Plus based:

• Mold Fogger:
  The easy, electric way to apply. Using a fogger set on a coarse mist is the best approach to applying a mold when penetrating into tight spaces is required.
  We recommend the Fogmaster Jr - mold removal fogger
• Pump Sprayer:
  A pressurized or pump sprayer is useful to apply a more coarse spray. For low volumes we recommend using a quart size trigger sprayer or for larger applications a pressurized garden sprayer
• Bucket and Sponge:
  In some cases a simple bucket and sponge or rag approach will work.

Removing THICK Layers of mold

When mold is so thick that the surface of the affected area is not visible, it is necessary to clean and kill the surface layers to reach the mold roots. ( MoldSTAT Plus must contact the mold to kill it).

1. After 10 minute soak, wipe surface down to remove dead surface mold;
2. Determine if surface mold is gone by wiping a clean paper towel across the surface;
   if paper towel shows color, repeat the application process to remove another layer of mold.
3. A final application will now kill the mold roots.
